FACTS Tuition Management

Good Shepherd Christian Academy uses the FACTS program to manage tuition payments. FACTS is a well-respected and widely-known company that serves over 5,000 private K-12 schools across the country. Many colleges and universities also use the FACTS program because of the advantages of this easy system. All together, over a million families use the FACTS tuition program each year.

June - Letter from FACTS - Your family will receive a letter from the FACTS company explaining your family's different payment options for the upcoming year.Your family can choose from three options. Option 1: Payment of the full tuition in advance. Option 2: Twelve automatic monthly withdrawals from your checking/savings account on either the 5th or the 20th of the month. These payments will run from July to June. Option 3: Twelve automatic monthly charges to a credit card on either the 5th or the 20th of the month.

Even though the FACTS program ensures timely payments, we pledge to families that when there are mitigating circumstances, we will be happy to assist your family regarding tuition. If a family does not make a FACTS monthly payment due to insufficient funds or a credit card limit, then the company simply notifies the school. In this situation, we contact the family to work out a temporary different arrangement. This company is not a debt collection agency.
